ABSTRACT
The abstract is to be in fully-justified italicized, below the author information. Use the word "ABSTRACT" as the title, in 11-point Times, boldface type. The abstract is to be in 11-point, single-spaced type, and up to 250 words in length. It should be a brief but concise description of your paper and should clearly identify the unique features of your study. Abstracts should be written in English in camera-ready single spaced A 5 paper format (14.8x21 cm), leaving a space of 2.5 cm at left, and 2 cm at top, right and bottom edges. Leave one blank line after the abstract, and then display the keywords.

KEYWORDS: Up to 6 keywords should be provided in alphabetical order.

1. INTRODUCTION
The articles will be written in English or French.
The purpose of the instructions presented in this template manuscript is to specify the format and style of admissible for the International Conference PHENIX 2010 papers and to facilitate paper submission and review. Here is some general information about the paper preparation and submission process.

2. PAPER FORMAT AND STYLE
Your strict adherence to the format and style specifications described in this section is required to maintain uniformity of appearance throughout the Proceedings.

2.1. Format
The full paper should be typeset using the A 4 paper size (21x29,7 cm). The left margins should be 2.5 cm, while the right, top and bottom margins should be 2 cm. The regular papers length, including figures and references, is six (6), eight (8) or ten (10) pages. The number of pages should be an even number.

2.2. Style and Font Size
All texts must be single-spaced. The recommended font size in body text is 12 point regular.

2.3. Title Area
The paper title is to appear in boldface capital letters, centered at the top of the first page. The recommended font size for the paper title is 14 point. The recommended font is Times New Roman. The name(s) of the author(s) should appear below the title, followed by the affiliation(s). The font size is 12 point Times New Roman.

2.4. Headings
Major headings should be numbered (except Abstract and References) and appear in boldface capital letters and left justified. Secondary headings should be numbered, left aligned and in boldface letters. Tertiary headings (if they cannot be avoided) should be left aligned and in boldface letters.

2.5. Footnotes
Do not include any kind of page numbers, headers or footers, footnotes or endnotes.

2.6. Paragraph
The first line of any paragraph should be indented by 1.2 cm. Do not leave extra spaces for paragraph separation unless needed for even spacing of a page content.

2.7. Figures and Tables
AAll figures and tables must be referred to in the paper. They must be numbered and have captions. An example is Fig. 1 and Table 1. Figure captions (center justified) should be placed after the figure, and Table captions (center justified) should be placed before the Table starts.Figures and tables should be of high quality and placed at the top of the respective page if possible. It is recommended that text in figures is not smaller than 11 point font size. Color and halftone illustrations must be such that they are acceptable when printed in black and white. Placement of figures and tables should normally be after their first citation in the text.

2.8. References
References should be numbered in order of appearance in the paper. Use 12 size fonts in listing the references. When citing references in the text, type the corresponding number in square brackets as shown at the end of this sentence [1]. Please follow the reference styles shown under references section.

3. PAPER SUBMISSION
Authors having abstracts accepted by PHOENIX'10 are invited to submit their full paper complete with all tables and diagrams in the prescribed format. Deadline for the submission of the final paper, is May 25th, 2010 (early registration).Submission through e-mail use the following address: office@phoenixconf.ro
